Patrick Ladru is currently the Head of the Academy at Al Bidda SC. Previously, they served as the Head of Academy at Beijing Sinobo Guoan FC from 2018 to 2024 and held various coaching and management positions at AFC Ajax between 2015 and 2018. Patrick also led the Academy at Al Ahli from 2010 to 2012 and served as both Assistant Coach and Head of Academy at Chivas Guadalajara during 2012-2013, contributing to the project initiated by Johan Cruyff. They studied at CIOS Overveen from 1989 to 1992 and are currently pursuing a Didactische aantekening HBO at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen.
