Senior Mechanical Project Engineer at AFC-Holcroft

Igor Isayev has been working in the engineering field since 1982. Igor began their career at Metallurgical Equipment Production Company as a Designer, where they provided technical support for newly installed testing and acquisition equipment, developed data acquisition and utilized data reduction methods and procedures, and participated in design of eccentric knockout grid in steel and pig iron foundries. In 1988, they moved to PolymerMach Products as a Lead Process Engineer/Designer, where they formulated and determinate technical requirements with Customers for the rubber dies design and implemented them, conducted analytical researches to optimize the usage of new technologies in precise and most complex parts production, and participated in design and manufacturing of the equipment for recycling process of automotive tires. In 1996, they joined Transportation Equipment Co as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, where they conducted research and proposed technical specifications for a new manufacturing and assembly processes of the vibromoduls, designed fixtures and its components for metal cutting machines using 2D/3D solid modeling in AutoCAD14/2000, and analyzed the potential of innovative automotive products for future applications. In 2001, they moved to Marketing Displays International as a Product Design Engineer, where they designed and developed Pole system as new MDI product, designed and developed the Rotating board, and designed and implemented POP Stock and Custom orders, including different Poster Grip frames, Light Boxes and Light panels, Wind Master, Floor stands, Menu boards. Finally, in 2011, they joined AFC-Holcroft as a Senior Mechanical Project Engineer.

Igor Isayev's educational history includes a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Dnipropetrovs'kij Nacional'nij Universitet from 1977 to 1982, as well as courses taken at Oakland Community College, 2009, and Fisher/Unitech.
