Currently serving as the Manufacturing Manager at AFC-Holcroft, Rob previously held the position of Director of Operations at KAMAX, where they successfully eliminated mandatory overtime in a $150M operation within six months. Rob’s expertise includes optimizing production processes and implementing effective management systems, significantly improving facility performance and employee engagement across various roles in the industry. They hold a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University and an MBA from Walsh College.
