Will Slusher has held several positions in the engineering field since 2000. In 2000, they began their career as an Engineering Technician at Michigan Machine Tool Control Corporation. In 2006, they moved to Performance Personnel where they also held the role of Engineering Technician. From 2007 to 2017, they worked at Kawasaki Robotics, where they held positions as an Engineering Project Assistant, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager. In 2017, they joined EMAG L.L.C. as a Project Manager. In 2019, they transitioned to AFC-Holcroft as a Project Manager. In 2020, they took on several roles, including President of the Washtenaw Sportsmans Club, a non-profit organization with approximately 950 members, Second Vice President of the same organization, and President of the Wolverine Rangers Cowboy Action Shooting Association Inc.
Will Slusher received a Certificate in Heat Treating from YES Management Training in 2022. Will also received a Supervisors Certification from the American Society of Employers in 2017, following their studies in the Supervisors Certification Program. From 1997 to 2000, they attended Central Michigan University, studying Global Information Systems and Cartography.
