The French Association of CROs (Association Française des CROs or “AFCROs”) was established in 2002 in order to represent clinical and epidemiological research organizations, headquartered or operating in France, that provide services to the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.

Its purpose is to maintain a dialogue with French health authorities and institutions, patient associations and the industry and at a European level with EUCROF on the role of CROs within the context of clinical development of healthcare products.
