Edgar Lee has a long and varied work experience in software engineering and development. Edgar began their career in 1991 as an Imaging & Graphics Engineer at Apple Computer, where they designed and wrote the "AppleCD Audio Player" and "EDTV". In 1993, they moved to The 3DO Company as a Staff Engineer, where they developed the font technology for the 3DO Opera and M2 operating systems and Kanji font libraries for supporting Japanese title development. Edgar then moved to FlashPoint Technology in 1997 as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed several C++/C applications and games for FlashPoint digital cameras. In 1999, they joined Palm as a Senior Software Engineer, where they designed and wrote the Photo Viewer application for Palm's Linux based device, Foleo. In 2008, they joined Plastic Logic as a Principal Software Engineer and developed the Home Application for the Plastic Logic eReaders. In 2011, they moved to Ravensburger as an iOS Developer, where they created the "Take It Easy" iPhone/iPad App. In 2013, they joined Lyve Minds, Inc. as a Lead iOS Developer, where they created the Lyve app for managing life memories on the Lyve Home device. In 2015, they moved to Seagate Technology as a Lead iOS Developer, where they led the iOS team in the development of new apps for Seagate and existing apps for Lyve Minds. In 2016, they joined Pixel Carrot Studio LLC as an iOS Developer, where they designed, developed, and created all the artwork for a unique puzzle game for iOS called "Rainbow Splash". Finally, in 2017, they joined Afero as a Senior Software Engineer, where they led the design and development of the Hubspace mobile app, which is used to control Home Depot's line of IoT products.
Edgar Lee attended Drexel University from 1986 to 1991, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
