Cathal Egan

Cathal Egan is the principal and co-founder of Affect Group, where they focus on driving innovation in residential, commercial, and institutional construction. With over a decade of experience, Cathal has successfully led teams to deliver high-quality projects that exceed client expectations. Prior to founding Affect, Cathal held various roles, including Mechanical Project Manager for the World Trade Center Project at AKF Group and Project Manager for several high-profile developments with Xinyuan Real Estate Co., Ltd. Cathal earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Ireland, Galway, and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from New York University.
