Anis Uzzaman Ph.D.

Anis Uzzaman Ph.D. has held a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2011. In that year, they founded and became the CEO of Pegasus Tech Ventures, a portfolio company in the Artificial Intelligence and Consumer spaces. In 2016, they became the Chairman of Startup World Cup, and also took on the role of Board Director at Affectiva. In 2014, they became a Board Director of Asteria Corporation, and in 2013 they became a Board Director of Tech in Asia and Lark Technologies. In 2017, they became a Board Director of BLUE FROG ROBOTICS and Sano Intelligence. Most recently, in 2020, they became a Contributor for Inc. Magazine and an Official Member of the Forbes Finance Council.

Anis Uzzaman Ph.D. has a diverse educational background. Anis obtained their Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Tokyo Metropolitan University, an MS in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Oklahoma State University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Tokyo Institute of Technology.
