Craig Yoken

Craig Yoken has a long history of working in quality assurance roles. Craig began their career in 1999 as a QA Engineer at Toysmart.com. Craig then moved to Insurance Technology Services of America as a Business Analyst. In 2000, they returned to QA roles as a QA Engineer at Brainshark. In 2001, they became QA Manager at Grass Valley, managing local and remote QA teams with a complex broadcast client/server based HD video system. In 2010, they became QA Manager at McGraw-Hill Financial Communications, managing financial web based customized solutions for banks, insurance companies, financial companies, etc. In 2011, they were QA Manager at both Smart Eye and Affectiva.

Craig Yoken attended Bentley University from 1997 to 2000, where they earned an IT degree in Information Technology. Craig also attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies.
