Our founder and father, Pat Stillman, built his businesses on a simple belief: work hard, invest in people, and give back more than you take. He valued financial results, of course -- but he valued his faith as his guiding light in business. Pat became personally invested in the leaders inside every company the family acquired, mentoring them to grow, take ownership, and build meaningful careers.
