Meredith S.

Meredith S. has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2001 when they became an Associate at Lincoln Heritage Life Insurance Company. In this role, they processed new applications, assembled policies, and reviewed all material for accuracy. Meredith was then promoted to Assistant Manager of New Business, where they addressed customer problems and recruited, interviewed, and hired individuals. In 2016, Meredith became a Children's Yoga Instructor at The Foundry Yoga. In 2019, they became the Owner of Root to Leaf Holistic Healing, where they provided individual and group instruction in yoga, reiki, and vibrational therapy. Most recently, Meredith has taken on the role of Customer Support Specialist - Team Lead at Afficiency, beginning in 2022.

Meredith S. has a Bachelor of Science in Forest Sciences and Biology from the University of Vermont. Meredith also attended Saratoga Springs High School, where they studied Science. Meredith S. has obtained several certifications, including a Strengths Resume from Scoutible in October 2022, a Drum Circle Facilitator from Drumming Sounds in August 2020, a Certified Life Coach from New Skills USA in September 2019, a Reiki Master Teacher from The Academy of Spiritual Healing Arts in May 2019, Tuning Forks from ASHA: Academy of Spiritual Healing Arts in April 2019, and a 200 Hour RYT from OHM School in August 2015.
