Robby Oylear is a seasoned Project Manager and Department Co-lead at Affiliated Engineers, Inc. since March 2018, specializing in the Energy & Utilities market within the Pacific Northwest, where responsibilities include overseeing major infrastructure projects and district energy systems. With a strong background as a Mechanical Engineer, Robby has led engineering design for diverse projects encompassing campus distribution systems, healthcare, and lab facilities. Prior experience includes roles at Mazzetti as an Associate Mechanical Engineer focusing on energy efficiency, at Sazan Group Inc. managing mechanical system replacements for a large industrial facility, and at Rushing as a Project Engineer for a variety of projects.
