Jesse Caplan

Jesse Caplan is the Managing Director of Corporate Oversight at Affiliated Monitors, Inc. Jesse has a strong background in legal and corporate roles, having served as General Counsel at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services, Partner at Epstein Becker & Green, P.C., and Chief Legal Counsel at Fallon Community Health Plan. Prior to these roles, Jesse held various positions in public service and private practice, including Attorney General of the Republic of Palau and Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice. Caplan holds a JD from American University Washington College of Law and a BA in International Relations from Colgate University.
