Mark Campbell

Mark Campbell is currently the Practice Leader of Government Services at Affiliated Monitors, Inc., where Mark leads outreach to California state and local governments to provide independent monitoring, compliance programs, and ethics assessments. Prior to this, Mark served as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Aquorn, Inc., and as an Advisory Consultant at Fixed Income Academy. Mark has a strong background in finance and management, with previous roles as Executive Director at California Debt and Investment Advisory Commission and Principal Program Budget Manager at California Department of Finance. Mark holds an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Davis, as well as a Master's degree in Education Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Biology.
