Andreas Premstaller

Andreas Premstaller is currently the VP Technical Development & Manufacturing at Affimed. Prior to this role, Andreas held various leadership positions at Novartis and Sandoz, where Andreas was responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations, technical development, and analytical characterization of biopharmaceutical drug substances. With a background in chemistry and extensive experience in the biotech industry, Andreas has been instrumental in the successful development and execution of capacity expansion projects, building up manufacturing organizations, and implementing strategies for analytical characterization of recombinant proteins. Andreas has a Ph.D. in Chemistry and a PostDoc in Genome Technology.
