Michael Cusano is the Co-Founder and Chief Partnerships Officer of Affina, where they focus on redefining loyalty and engagement through innovative technology and strategic relationships. Michael co-founded CrowdPlay in 2020, creating platforms that enhance fan interaction and maximize revenue for teams and brands. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Retail Sales Representative at Nestlé and as a Business Development & Account Manager at JSIMPLE, where they honed their skills in sales and client management. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Public Relations from Quinnipiac University.
