At Affiniti Studios, our mission is to provide dependable and thoughtful engineering design services across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and low voltage systems. We believe in approaching every project with care for the environment, embracing sustainable practices and energy efficiency whenever possible.

We focus on blending creative ideas with careful technical work to develop solutions that are both practical and forward-thinking. Our aim is to design spaces that are comfortable, adaptable, and built to stand the test of time, while always considering their impact on the environment.  Project design services include coordination and design of projects from conceptual drawings to construction administration for a complete start to finish product for the client.  

We offer a team with project experiences comprised of casinos, hotels, spas, convention centers, retail centers, schools, gymnasiums, theaters, museums, medical facilities, central plants, parks, religious institutions, government and industrial facilities.  Our team values collaboration and learning, bringing diverse experience from various industries. Although we serve many markets, we’ve been especially grateful for the opportunities to work in the gaming and resort sectors, where our efforts have been well received and recognized.
 
Electrical system design services include but not limited to site wide infrastructure design such as medium voltage distribution, lighting and power distribution systems and circuiting, short circuit and voltage drop analysis, single line diagrams, panel schedules, energy and load analysis.  Lighting system design services include but not limited to photometric analysis on-site and computer generated, renderings, and videos, circuiting and zoning, relay and dimming control designs, luminaire schedules and calculations.
