Nick Dekoster

Nick DeKoster is an experienced professional in the healthcare and public sector, currently serving as the Director at Affinity since August 2019. Under Nick's leadership, Affinity has been recognized as one of Canada’s fastest growing companies by Globe & Mail for three consecutive years (2022-2024) and has achieved significant rankings in British Columbia’s fastest growing companies by Business in Vancouver. Prior to this role, Nick held various positions at IT/IQ Tech Recruiters, culminating in the position of Senior Account Executive, where Nick was a key player in the healthcare vertical and earned membership in the 2018 President's Club. Nick's educational background includes studies at the British Columbia Institute of Technology and Langara College.
