Prior roles include Member Services Representative at Georgia Power Federal Credit Union, Deposit Operations Customer Service at Georgia State Bank, Member Services Representative and Administrative Assistant at Fulton Teachers' Credit Union, and Assistant Head Teller and Teller Trainer at Bank of America. Frederick's educational background includes studies at the University of Santo Tomas from 1983 to 1985.
