Sabby Kapoor

Sabby Kapoor is an experienced program manager with a strong background in project management, logistics, and software delivery. Currently serving as Program Manager II at Affinity Development Group since October 2018, Sabby also held the position of Business Operations Manager I. Prior experience includes a tenure at Sensitel Inc from June 2012 to September 2018 as a Program Manager, specializing in full cycle project management, which involved project planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Earlier career experience includes a role as Planner II/Associate Planner for the City of Mesa, Arizona, where responsibilities included coordinating with city departments, facilitating public participation, and presenting plans for approval. Sabby holds a Master's degree in Planning from Arizona State University and a degree in Transportation Engineering, Engineering and Planning from SPA, New Delhi.
