Trish Templeton

Trish Templeton is an experienced Human Resources professional with over two decades in the field. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Affinity Development Group since November 2008, Trish oversees the planning and administration of comprehensive HR processes, including benefits, payroll, recruiting, and counseling. Previously, Trish held the role of Sr. Human Resources Manager at Kintera from August 2005 to October 2008 and briefly managed HR policies for Blackbaud/Kintera in 2008. Additionally, Trish served as the HRIS/HR Admin Manager at Elan from June 2000 to August 2005, where responsibilities included HRIS data management and training HR Associates.
