Rob Desouza has over a decade of experience in the collections industry, currently serving as a Collector at CBV Collection Services Ltd. since March 2016, following a consolidation with Affinity Global in August 2023. Previous roles include Collector at NCO Group and Debt Control Agency Inc., as well as self-employment as an Investor. Earlier career positions were held at Total Credit Recovery Ltd. and Allied International Credit, with a focus on collections. Rob Desouza's educational background includes studies at Seneca Polytechnic from 2006 to 2008 and OSSD completion at Pickering College between 1994 and 1996.
