Ginger Parsons

Ginger Parsons, RD, LD, currently serves as a K-12 Specialist in Affinity Marketing with Affinity Group since October 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Manager of Food Services at Westerville City Schools from April 2021 to October 2023, and Food and Operations Supervisor at Licking Heights Local Schools from July 2010 to October 2023, overseeing food services for a district with approximately 4,600 students. Previous positions feature Food Service Administrator for Columbus City Schools, President of the Ohio Nutrition Council, Food Service Director at LifeCare Alliance, and Director of Nutrition Care Services at Regency Manor. Early career experience includes Regional Dietitian for HCF, Inc., and Dietary Manager at Heartland of. Ginger holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology/Nutrition from The Ohio State University and completed a dietetic internship while attending Oklahoma State University.
