Frank Nikic has held numerous positions in various companies over the past two decades. In 1999, they were the Director of Operations for Westco Group, dba Mattress Warehouse, where they reported to the President and CEO of the company for all product lines and sales of bedroom furniture. In 2004, they became an Account Manager for Sales at InfoCision Management Corporation, where they oversaw all fundraising campaigns for clients, created new client lists, and grew business with existing clients. In 2009, they were an Account Executive for Outside Sales at Time Warner Cable, where they were responsible for building and maintaining a sales funnel in Salesforce, looking for new sales, and strengthening existing relationships. In 2014, they became a Table Games Manager and Table Games Dealer at Horseshoe Casino Cleveland, where they were responsible for supporting and ensuring operations ran smoothly, as well as training and equitable treatment of all Casino personnel. That same year, they were hired as the Director of New Business Development and Business Partner at CTO Gifts, where they were responsible for expanding retail operations across the US, prospecting for franchise partners, and cultivating Corporate Events. Finally, in 2020, they became the Sales Manager at Affinity Integrated Solutions, Inc., where they provided integrated solutions for security, home automation, theater systems, intercom, and video.
Frank Nikic obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Walsh University between 2001 and 2004. Frank previously obtained an Associates in Business Management from The University of Akron between 1996 and 1998.
