Deral Takushi

Deral Takushi currently serves as the Social Media and Digital Marketing Director at Affinity Gaming, a position held since September 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Digital Marketing Manager at Caesars Interactive Entertainment Inc. from September 2018 to February 2023, where marketing efforts focused on real-money gaming apps. Takushi worked as Digital Media Manager at Golden Entertainment, Inc. from September 2016 to September 2018, overseeing digital media planning and buying for notable casino properties. Earlier roles include Digital Media Specialist at VIRGEN from June 2013 to September 2016, where strategic digital advertising and social media campaigns were developed, and Media Coordinator at Laird Christianson Advertising from February 2007 to June 2008. Takushi began a career in advertising as a copywriter intern at Young & Rubicam in 2005 and also gained experience at Walt Disney World as an entertainment character in 2003. Takushi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising with a minor in writing from Hawaii Pacific University, completed in 2006.
