Pete LaFond is an experienced pastry professional with a career spanning over two decades in prominent hospitality environments. Currently serving as Pastry Cook I at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas since November 2015, LaFond previously held roles including Master Pastry Cook at Mohegan Sun, where supervision of production and staff was integral, and Chef de Partie at Wynn Las Vegas. LaFond began culinary training at The Culinary Institute of America, earning a certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts, and also holds an associate’s degree in Marketing from CT State Three Rivers.
