William Looney has extensive experience in the construction and design industry, currently serving as Vice President of Design and Construction at Affinity Gaming since September 2017. Prior to this role, William Looney was the Owner of William Looney SP, providing consulting services to major clients such as Sands Corporation and MGM from July 2011 to October 2017.
