Our communities are specifically designed to foster resident driven engagement through an active social scene while providing the comforts of home with our unique amenities. Focused on creating a family-like atmosphere, our team strives to deliver service that is one of a kind and built upon our core values.

Our Core Values Are Clear:
1. We Cultivate Culture: People are a really big deal to us. We focus on fostering relationships with our staff and residents while creating a atmosphere that meets the need of the active adult. We are engaging and our residents know it. This isn’t a place where we wait on you. We partner along side you to encourage resident driven experiences.

2. We are Purposefully Rebellious: We are pioneers. We don’t want to be like other 55+ communities, but rather take risks and go outside the norm. From the physical design of our properties to the amenities we offer, everything has been purposefully placed. We know what works, and when it doesn’t, we make it right. The lifestyle of the active adult remains at the forefront of what we offer, and we seek out new opportunities to provide cutting edge resources.

3. We are Inclusive: In our surrounding community. In our pricing structure. With our residents. We strive to build a home that makes residents feel welcome and a part of something bigger. Our onsite teams create a vibe that is so warm, it makes you feel like you are getting a giant hug.

4. We are Authentic: Our passion is contagious. No for real it is. We do what we say, and value honesty. We don’t try to be all things, but offer what we have found our residents love most. We are one-of-a-kind and proud of it. But don’t take our word for it. You will know what we mean when you walk into one of our communities.
