Paul Taylor

Paul Taylor has over 25 years of experience in children's services, currently serving as Head of Children’s Services Development at Affinity Trust since November 2015, where responsibilities include engaging with local authorities nationwide to create services for disabled children and young people, developing innovative service models, and successfully securing funding for complex care initiatives. Prior to this, Paul was a Children’s Services Manager at Barnardo's from May 1998 to October 2015, overseeing the management and development of fostering services across London boroughs, including recruitment and assessment of foster carers, and serving as a registered manager for a short break service. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Humanistic Counselling from the University of Roehampton, a CQSW in Social Work from Brunel University London, and an NVQ Level 4 in Management from Barnardo's.
