Allison Burch is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in technical recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Affirm since April 2022, Allison plays a key role in transforming credit solutions to enhance consumer experiences. Previously, Allison worked at Tempus Labs, Inc. from August 2020 to April 2022, holding positions as Senior Recruiter and Recruiter in Talent Acquisition, contributing to the development of a comprehensive molecular and clinical data library. Allison began a recruiting career at Hirewell from June 2017 to July 2020, focusing on technology recruitment. Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies, with a Marketing minor from Indiana University Bloomington, where studies were completed in 2017, alongside an international study experience with IES Abroad in 2016.
