Angie Wang

Angie Wang serves as a Senior Manager of Quantitative Research at Affirm since March 2020, with prior roles including Quantitative Research Manager, Quantitative Research Lead, and Analytics Lead for Merchant Pricing. Previously, Angie held the position of Vice President at Morgan Stanley in the Securitized Products Group, focusing on warehouse lending desk strategies and modeling from August 2017 to March 2020. Responsibilities included conducting extensive analysis and projections for consumer loans, constructing cash flow models for Single-Family Rental warehouses, and developing pricing models for residential mortgages and CLO warehouses. Angie Wang earned a Ph.D. in Mathematical Finance from the Questrom School of Business, Boston University, alongside a Master’s in Financial Engineering from Columbia Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Finance and Statistics from Peking University.
