Aparna Roy

Aparna Roy has extensive experience in engineering and technical leadership, currently serving in an engineering role at Affirm since July 2022. Prior to this, Aparna held the position of Sr Director of Engineering and Apps Engineering Lead at Solo Global, Inc. from April 2022 to July 2022, and worked as Director of Engineering for both Applications and Shared Services, and CRM at Womply from December 2018 to March 2022. Past experience includes roles at Walmart Labs spanning from July 2011 to December 2018, overseeing multiple engineering teams in the International Data & Analytics sector and managing a scalable pricing management tool for global markets. Additional experience includes team leadership at Chrysler Tech Centre and various development roles at Tata Consultancy Services. Aparna holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Arkansas, a leadership certification from Dale Carnegie Training, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
