Ashaá Cumberbatch, Esq., CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, serves as Senior Counsel for Privacy at Affirm since March 2024. Previously, Ashaá held various roles at FIS, including Privacy, Cybersecurity and Data Protection Counsel, and led initiatives in compliance with global privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. Ashaá also has experience as a Compliance Analyst and Legal Contract Associate at FIS, as well as serving as an Associate Attorney at WPC Investments LLC, where contract negotiation and legal research were key responsibilities.
