Bethany Valoe

Bethany Valoe is an accomplished Associate Creative Director with extensive experience in leading creative teams and driving brand excellence. Currently at Affirm since 2021, Bethany maintains and evolves the company’s visual identity while overseeing a team of designers. Previously, in roles at R/GA and Swirl, Bethany directed multidisciplinary teams and partnered with stakeholders to achieve successful rebranding and creative solutions for major clients like Airbnb and Walmart. Early career roles at Razorfish and Laughlin Constable involved creating impactful digital experiences and campaigns for brands such as Intel and Johnson Controls. Other significant contributions include developing 360° campaigns at Young & Rubicam for notable brands, as well as designing promotional materials at MillerCoors. Bethany holds educational qualifications from the Academy of Art University and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
