Ellen Bock

Ellen Bock, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Merchant Operations at Affirm, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Bock was the Vice President of Operations at Arcadia from June 2022 to 2024, where responsibilities included enhancing the customer experience and operational processes. Bock also contributed to Sunnova Energy as the Vice President of Customer Care, managing performance and transformation of customer care operations, and previously held roles as Director of Product and Portfolio Manager within the same organization. Early career experience includes various finance and operations roles at NRG Energy and serving as a Financial Analyst at Burns Advisory Group. Ellen Bock holds an M.B.A. in Finance, Strategy, and Marketing from Rice University and a BBA in Economics from the University of Oklahoma.
