Erin Black

Erin Black serves as the Employee Health and Safety Lead at Affirm since April 2022. Prior to this role, Erin was the Safety and Security Coordinator at Splunk from July 2019 to April 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing safety and security for nine regional offices and ensuring the safety of over 7,000 employees across the Americas and EMEA regions. Earlier experience includes a position as a Sales Specialist at lululemon from September 2018 to June 2019, focusing on product intake coordination and store safety compliance. Erin holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Salisbury University (2015-2017) and an Associate's degree in the same field from Montgomery College (2011-2015).
