Hayley Pearson is a software engineer at Affirm, Inc. since September 2019, with prior experience as a software engineering intern at Uber, where significant contributions included re-engineering the onboarding flow for drivers. Pearson has been a scholar in the Duke Technology Scholars Program since May 2018, promoting diversity in computer science and electrical engineering. Additional experience includes roles as an observer at CHPG Aspen Ridge ENT, a disaster cycle services intern with the American Red Cross, and various human resources internships at Fast Enterprises, LLC.
