Henry Kim

Henry Kim is an Analytics Lead at Affirm, where they focus on solving high-impact problems and leading teams. They previously served as Manager of Strategy & Analytics at Capital One, overseeing credit strategy for customer acquisitions. Henry gained consulting experience at ZS and Deloitte Canada, and started their career as a District Referee with Ontario Soccer. They hold a Master’s degree in Management Analytics from Smith School of Business at Queen's University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Toronto.
