Lita D. has extensive experience in executive assistance and project management, currently serving as a Senior Executive Assistant at Affirm since September 2019. Previous roles include Executive Assistant to the CEO at LendUp, where Lita enhanced productivity by managing complex schedules and coordinating board meetings, and Executive Assistant to the CTO/Cofounder at LendUp. With a background managing operations in various companies, including Magic Gardens Landscaping and Ritual Hot Yoga, Lita has demonstrated a strong ability to improve business processes, facilitate communication, and implement effective team-building events. Lita holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Individual Concentration and Japanese Language and Literature from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, along with a Permaculture Design Certificate from the Urban Permaculture Institute of San Francisco.
