Meghan Brown, PHR, currently serves as the Director of Talent Management at Affirm since July 2024. With extensive experience in human resources, Meghan has been the Human Resources Director at Blooma since May 2017, overseeing functions such as employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development for an organization of over 85 employees. Prior positions include various roles at Target, where responsibilities ranged from senior operations management to lead talent management consulting, significantly impacting team engagement and organizational performance. Meghan's career journey began with experience as a Lead Student Career Advisor at the University of Minnesota Duluth and as a Shift Supervisor at Caribou Coffee.
