Michael Chiodo

Michael Chiodo is an experienced software engineer and machine learning expert with a background in cybersecurity and privacy. Currently serving as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Affirm since April 2022, Michael previously held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Fast for a brief period after being acquihired from the company. Prior to this, Michael worked as a Staff Software Engineer in the cybersecurity domain at a stealth startup and had significant tenures at Mandiant, progressing from Senior Software Engineer to Staff Software Engineer. Earlier roles include a Cyber Engineer at another stealth startup and lead web technologist at GE. Michael Chiodo holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science from Penn State University.
