Nora Grasham

Nora Grasham is a seasoned IT leader with extensive experience in engineering and technology management across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of IT Engineering at Affirm since January 2024, Grasham previously held various senior director roles at PayPal, where responsibilities included overseeing global IT services, collaboration tool implementation, and budget management. Grasham transitioned PayPal to Microsoft Teams and O365 collaboration tools, significantly enhancing remote work capabilities and reducing costs. Additional experience includes serving as a Fortune Connect Fellow focusing on purpose-driven leadership, leading global IT strategy and operations at eBay, and contributing to customer service technology initiatives at PayPal. Educationally, Grasham holds a BA with Honors in History and Classical Civilizations from Gonzaga University.
