Ray Cronin

Ray Cronin is an experienced recruiter currently working at Affirm and Rocket since February 2025, specializing in talent acquisition and redefining financial services. Prior to this, Ray held various roles at Lillio (formerly HiMama) from February 2021 to November 2024, advancing from Talent Acquisition Coordinator to Talent Acquisition Specialist, supporting early childhood educators with impactful tools. Ray's career includes significant contributions at Tazwiz as the Business Development and Partnerships Lead, driving growth in Eastern Ontario, and at Great Canadian Gaming Corporation as a Human Resources Administrator. Additionally, Ray co-founded Inhabit Co-Living, addressing urban housing challenges, and founded Participainting to raise funds for local charities. Ray holds a Master's degree in Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Smith School of Business at Queen's University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Carleton University.
