Samatra Gibson, MSHRM, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and operations. Currently serving as a People Business Partner II at Affirm since September 2021, Samatra has progressed through various HR roles within the company. Prior experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Kainos, where substantial savings were achieved in recruitment costs and efficiencies were improved. At The Home Depot, Samatra played a key role in onboarding and supporting a large number of associates while enhancing its recruitment process.
