Travis Drake is an accomplished professional in the field of People Analytics with extensive experience across multiple organizations. At Affirm, Travis held the roles of Director and Senior Manager within the People, Talent, & Survey Analytics division, where responsibilities included leading the establishment of a People Analytics team, developing data infrastructure, and automating reporting processes. Prior experiences at Citizens Bank involved various positions focused on HR Analytics, including Manager of People Science.
