Tyler Ouillette

Tyler Ouillette, CCP, currently serves as the Director of Benefits and Incentives at Affirm, a position held since September 2022, where responsibilities include the design and management of employee benefits and the development of functional incentive plans. Prior to this role, Tyler was a Senior Manager of Compensation at Affirm and served as Compensation Director at Wells Fargo, overseeing the design of over 50 incentive plans while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and leading a team of design consultants.
