Wayne Pommen

Wayne Pommen currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at Affirm, overseeing commercial activities including sales, marketing, account management, partnerships, revenue operations, and communications. Pommen has played a pivotal role in expanding Affirm's presence internationally and led the Canadian business post-acquisition of PayBright, establishing Affirm as a leader in Canada's buy now, pay later market. Prior to Affirm, Pommen held various leadership roles, including President & CEO of PayBright, and served on boards such as Hudson's Bay Company and IOU Financial Inc. Pommen's experience includes strategic consulting at Bain & Company and investment roles at TorQuest Partners. Academically, Pommen received a BA from Harvard University, a PhD from the University of Cambridge, and completed the Directors Education Program at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
