Dan Ratliff

Dan Ratliff serves as the Vice President of Business & People Operations at Affirma, overseeing operations in multiple countries and leading a team that provides scalable services to global clients such as Microsoft, Google, and Meta. In addition to this role, Dan is a member of the Board of Directors for Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound. Previous experience includes positions as the Director of Career Services at Everest College, Consulting Services Manager at FILTER, LLC, and various roles in recruitment and loss prevention. Dan has a background in education, having taught career-launching skills at Bellevue College, and holds a diploma in General Studies from Edmonds Community College.
