Joel Wetzel is an experienced engineering manager currently with Affirma Consulting, where Joel has held roles including Senior Architect and former CTO since January 2006. Prior to Affirma, Joel was the founder of MARA.ai, LLC, which created a hands-free running app. Additional experience includes positions as a software consultant at Split Jaw Products, senior development engineer roles at Fresh Rain Studios and NetConversions, and a software engineer position at iSolute.com. Joel holds a Master of Science in Physics from Oregon State University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Seattle Pacific University.
