Mike Bailey

Mike Bailey is an experienced software developer with a career spanning over three decades in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Software Developer at Affirma Consulting within the Microsoft Data D I R&D team since November 2017, Mike previously held positions at Microsoft as a Dedicated SharePoint Online specialist from July 2011 to November 2017 and as a Software Engineer at Affirma Consulting from December 2010 to July 2011. Before these roles, Mike worked as a Senior Software Developer at Federal Occupational Health from March 2005 to December 2010 and as a Microsoft Certified Trainer/Developer at SQLSoft+ from December 1999 to March 2005. Mike began the career as a Senior Developer Analyst at Toray Composites from January 1994 to December 1999 and as an Engineering Tech at intec from September 1992 to January 1994. Mike earned a degree from the Oregon Institute of Technology between 1988 and 1992, supplemented by various individual classes from multiple schools, including the University of Washington, and numerous Microsoft certifications.
